Your apartment access point — £90.00 (inc. VAT)
Every apartment needs a Wi-Fi 6 access point to connect to the building network. This is a one-off cost covering the hardware, professional installation, faceplate integration, programming, testing and activation.
The access point provides strong Wi-Fi throughout your apartment plus three wired Ethernet ports for Smart TVs, games consoles, desktop PCs or home working equipment.
The access point stays with the apartment as a permanent fixture.
Choose your service plan
All plans are a minimum 12-month term and include VAT. A 6-month term is available on request at a higher monthly rate; early cancellation before the end of an agreed term may incur a charge.
- Standard — 30 Mbps — £15/month. Reliable daily web browsing, email and standard HD streaming.
- Enhanced — 150 Mbps — £26/month. Fast multi-device streaming, video calling and family browsing.
- Premium — 300 Mbps — £36/month. Simultaneous 4K streams and rapid remote workspace tasks.
- Ultra — 500 Mbps — £55/month. Massive media transfers, competitive gaming and heavy concurrent usage.
1Gb packages available on request, subject to network capacity.
Speeds shown are target package speeds and may vary with network usage, local wireless conditions, maintenance, provider outages and device capability.
Optional: smart intercom screen
Your apartment has no peephole or door entry system. The gate already has a Hikvision video door station installed — a screen inside your apartment lets you use it.
See and speak to visitors at the gate, unlock it from your phone via the Hik-Connect app when you’re out, view corridor and external cameras, and set Do Not Disturb hours.
The screen sits on a slimline desk stand with a plug-in power supply and works over the building Wi-Fi, so you can move it between rooms — kitchen while cooking, living room in the evening. No cabling or wall damage. It can be wall-mounted next to your access point if you prefer, with slimline trunking to hide the cable.
